Personal Effects 11 juillet 1998 - 30 août 1998 Australie, Sydney, Museum of Contemporary Art The fundamental place that objects have in our lives, and the concepts of clothing and shelter form a 3-part exhibition. The display of objects ('containers' of memory) focuses on the symbolic function of containers, selected by a diverse range of individuals from Australia and abroad. Complimented by two artist projects (i) Paris-based artist Lucy Orta (clothing/ Refuge Wear); (ii) Amsterdam-based sculptor/artist, Frank Mandersloot.
