Artists have been working with the computer as a tool for many years, but CD-ROM, a new sound and image based technology, has made it possible for them to explore and present creative ideas in a format which (unlike installation, for example) is easily disseminated and exhibited. The exhibition will show works by some 75 artists that present a wealth of ideas and a wide range of approaches to this new interactive medium.

The Artists: Andy Polaine, Andy Cameron, Joe Stephenson, Luke Pendrell, Rob Le Quesne, Sophie Pendrell, Tomas Roope, Duncan McCorquadale, Anthony Hoete, Oliver Salway, Webster Lewin, Bill Barminski, Jerry Hesketh, Eric Swenson, Keith Seward, artintact, David Blair, Jean-Louis Boissier, Micheal Buckley, John Colette, Luc Courchesne, Linda Dement, Dorian Dowse, Graham Ellard, Stephen Johnston, Felix Hude, Troy Innocent, Eric Lanz, Peter De Lorenzo, Mediamatic, Brad Miller, Phillip George, Ralph Wayment, Neorom-X, Joseph Lefevre, Eric Mattson, Alain Mongeau, Nino Rodriguez, Miroslaw Rogala, Station Rose, Garry Danner, Elisa Rose, Scrutiny Associates, Tennessee Rice Dixon, Jim Gasperini, Charlie Morrow, Bill Seaman, Toybox, Die Veteranen, Paul Groot, Jans Possel, Tamas Waliczky
